Paris Filmes

Paris Filmes presents itself as Brazil's largest independent distributor, active in film distribution in Brazil and Latin America. Its catalog includes international hits such as the Twilight and The Hunger Games sagas, Silver Linings Playbook, and Midnight in Paris, alongside major Brazilian cinema successes such as the De Pernas Pro Ar, Até Que a Sorte nos Separe, DPA – O Filme, and Turma da Mônica franchises. Its website promotes current and upcoming theatrical releases.

According to its official history page, in 2004 Paris Filmes consolidated itself as a distributor in the national cinema market, bringing Brazilian and international productions to the country's cinemas. In 2008, the first film of the five-part Twilight saga arrived in cinemas as one of the year's biggest cinema successes, bringing the Paris Filmes name into prominence in the distribution market. In 2010, Ingrid Guimarães won over national cinema (the snippet is truncated at this point). The company states that in recent years it has been behind important releases such as John Wick, La La Land, The Shack, Wonder, Marighella, Meu Nome é Gal, Homem com H, Manas, Pedágio, Ritas, The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes, Saw X, A Empregada, the Now You See Me franchise, and Minha Irmã e Eu — described as the first national film to reach 2 million viewers post-pandemic. Upcoming releases listed include Feito Pipa, Geni e o Zepelim, As Dez Vantagens de Morrer Depois de Você, Minha Melhor Amiga, Minha Vida com Shurastey, and Jogos Vorazes: Amanhecer na Colheita.
