Perak Corporation Berhad (Perak Corp) is listed on the main board of Bursa Saham Malaysia and is a subsidiary of Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Perak Group (PKNPk Group). It was established in 1991 with paid-up capital of RM100 million. As an investment holding company, its main activities are streamlined into four core businesses: Land & Property, Port & Logistics, Hospitality & Tourism and Management Services. It has 17 subsidiaries and 2 associate companies. Its property development activities include Bandar Meru Raya, Silver Valley Technology Park and Lumut Port. Under its hospitality and tourism division, it operates the home-grown Casuarina hotel brand, including the flagship Casuarina@Meru hotel and the Casuarina Houseboat @ Temenggor 1.
