It operates a nationwide sales network with branches in Hokkaido, Tohoku, Kanto, Tokai, Kansai, Chugoku-Shikoku, and Kyushu, and has overseas subsidiaries and affiliates in Vietnam and China. In 2024, it formed a business alliance with China's Haier and established a joint venture in China. PLATZ continues to develop products such as the Miolet series, Carelet series, and Altilet series, and is expanding into medical facility beds and new services.
