Promaster Electronic LLC

Promaster Electronic LLC is a privately held American consumer electronics company headquartered in Spring, Texas, in the Greater Houston area. It is the legal entity behind AutoSky, its consumer-facing automotive electronics brand. AutoSky was created around a simple proposition: make a car smarter without replacing its factory head unit. Rather than selling expensive infotainment retrofits, the company designs, sells and supports plug-and-play devices that add modern connectivity and streaming to vehicles that already have factory wired Apple CarPlay or Android Auto. The AutoSky lineup centers on wireless CarPlay and Android Auto adapters that convert a car's factory wired system to wireless using 5GHz dual-band Wi-Fi. The company states its adapters work with 600+ vehicle models from brands such as Honda, Toyota, Ford, Chevrolet, Hyundai, Kia and Volkswagen, and it maintains a trim-level compatibility database covering thousands of vehicles with factory Apple CarPlay and Android Auto support. Beyond adapters, AutoSky sells Android-powered AI boxes that add wireless CarPlay and Android Auto plus streaming apps such as Netflix, YouTube and Disney+ directly on the factory screen; 4G LTE GPS trackers in portable, OBD-II and hardwired formats monitored through the AutoSky+ app; dash cameras; backup cameras; and related accessories. A representative product is the AutoSky AI Box Lite, an Android 10.0-based device that converts wired CarPlay to wireless and supports video streaming, and the AutoSky Mirror Sync AMS-1, which combines wireless CarPlay with wired USB-C screen mirroring. The company sells direct through its autoskyus.com website and through third-party marketplaces including Amazon and Walmart, and it states that more than one million units have been sold across Amazon, TikTok Shop and its own website. It emphasizes U.S.-based customer support, fast shipping, a 30-day return policy and product warranties, and it also offers certified pre-owned devices through a separate AutoSkyRenewed.com storefront. Promaster Electronic LLC is privately held and does not appear to be part of a larger publicly traded group.

Promaster Electronic LLC is a privately held American consumer electronics company headquartered in Spring, Texas, in the Greater Houston area. It operates the AutoSky brand, under which it designs, sells and supports a focused range of automotive electronics. The company was founded around the idea that upgrading a car's infotainment should not require replacing an expensive factory head unit; instead, AutoSky products plug into a vehicle's existing USB port to add wireless connectivity and streaming. The brand's early and core product category is wireless CarPlay and Android Auto adapters, which convert factory wired Apple CarPlay or Android Auto systems to wireless operation using 5GHz dual-band Wi-Fi. AutoSky states that its adapters are compatible with more than 600 vehicle models from manufacturers including Honda, Toyota, Ford, Chevrolet, Hyundai, Kia and Volkswagen, and it maintains a trim-level compatibility database covering 6,362 vehicles with factory Apple CarPlay and Android Auto support. Over time the lineup expanded beyond simple adapters. AutoSky introduced Android-powered AI boxes that provide wireless CarPlay and Android Auto while also running streaming and navigation apps such as Netflix, YouTube, Disney+ and Waze on the factory car screen. Representative models include the AutoSky AI Box Lite, an Android 10.0-based device that converts wired CarPlay to wireless and supports video streaming, and the higher-end AutoSky AI Box Ultra, a 3-in-1 adapter with full Google Play Store access and video streaming. The company also introduced the AutoSky Mirror Sync AMS-1, which combines wireless CarPlay with wired USB-C screen mirroring, and the AutoSky TV Adapter, which connects HDMI devices to a car's screen. Beyond infotainment, AutoSky sells 4G LTE GPS trackers in portable, OBD-II and hardwired form factors, monitored through the AutoSky+ mobile app for iOS and Android, as well as dash cameras, backup cameras and related accessories. The company sells direct through its autoskyus.com website and through third-party marketplaces including Amazon and Walmart, and it states that more than one million units have been sold across Amazon, TikTok Shop and its own website. It emphasizes U.S.-based customer support, fast shipping, a 30-day return policy and warranties, and it offers certified pre-owned devices through a separate AutoSkyRenewed.com storefront.
