Property Meld

Property Meld is a property maintenance software designed for property managers and their teams. It aims to transform maintenance into a competitive advantage by improving efficiency, reducing costs, and increasing resident satisfaction. The company was founded in 2014 by David Kingman and Ray Hespen.

Property Meld was founded in 2014. In that year, David Kingman, Co-Founder/CTO, faced frustrations with maintenance, leading him to send a template email to friend Ray Hespen, Co-Founder/CEO, questioning its typicality. This experience sparked the realization that there had to be a better solution to the cumbersome maintenance process.
