Rocketplane Kistler (RpK) was an American aerospace company founded in 2006, headquartered in Wisconsin. The company participated in NASA's Commercial Orbital Transportation Services (COTS) program, planning to develop the K-1 reusable launch vehicle. Due to failure to meet funding conditions, NASA terminated the agreement with RpK in 2007, and the company subsequently went bankrupt in 2010.
