Rosenlund Bydelssenter

Rosenlund Bydelssenter is a neighbourhood shopping centre (Norwegian: bydelssenter) located in an attractive growth area in the northern part of Lillehammer, Norway. The centre positions itself as a convenient local destination for everyday shopping, with free parking and a mix of grocery, pharmacy, bakery, home-interior, sports, pet, beauty, and postal services under one roof. Its official website presents it as a welcoming place for "hyggelig handel" — pleasant, comfortable shopping — and highlights practical amenities such as two hours of free parking, around 200 customer parking spaces, and HC-marked (accessible) spaces near the main entrances. The centre's tenant mix is anchored by a Coop Mega supermarket, which also hosts a Post i butikk (in-store post office) on level 1, allowing customers to handle all postal services on site. Other listed tenants include Apotek1 Lillehammer (pharmacy), Nille (discount variety), Kjelstad Bakeri (bakery), KID Lillehammer (home textiles and interior), Feel Lillehammer, City Frisør (hairdresser), Sport Outlet (sports goods), Musti (pet supplies), Zavanna Lillehammer, EVO, Luxe, and Spillorama Lillehammer. Opening hours vary by tenant, with the centre generally serving customers from morning to evening on weekdays and shorter hours on Saturdays; some tenants, such as EVO, advertise longer daily hours. A notable feature is the presence of 12 Tesla charging stations, reflecting the centre's adaptation to electric-vehicle traffic in the region. The centre is described as being situated in a growth area, suggesting it serves a expanding residential catchment in northern Lillehammer. The available evidence comes primarily from the centre's own website and a Wikidata entry that describes the subject as a building in Lillehammer, Oppland, Norway. No founding year, ownership structure, or corporate parent is disclosed in the supplied evidence, so those details remain unconfirmed. The centre is active and trading as of the evidence provided.

The supplied evidence does not include a founding date, development history, or ownership timeline for Rosenlund Bydelssenter. What can be established is that the centre operates as a neighbourhood shopping centre in the northern part of Lillehammer, Norway, and that it is described on its own website as being located in an attractive growth area. Its tenant roster, as published on the official site, includes a Coop Mega supermarket with an in-store post office (Post i butikk) on level 1, Apotek1 Lillehammer pharmacy, Nille, Kjelstad Bakeri, KID Lillehammer, Feel Lillehammer, City Frisør, Sport Outlet, Musti, Zavanna Lillehammer, EVO, Luxe, and Spillorama Lillehammer. The centre advertises two hours of free parking, approximately 200 customer parking spaces, HC-marked accessible spaces at the main entrances, and 12 Tesla charging stations. A Wikidata entry (Q139666009) describes the subject as a building in Lillehammer, Oppland, Norway, which is consistent with the centre being a physical retail property. Because the evidence is limited to the centre's website and a brief Wikidata description, a detailed chronological history cannot be written without speculation. Any future dossier update should seek local planning records, property-owner disclosures, or news coverage to establish when the centre opened, how it has expanded, and who owns or manages it.
