S-Network Global Indexes is one of the expert teams brought together under the VettaFi collective brand in May 2022, alongside ETF Trends, ETF Database, and Alerian. VettaFi describes itself as a differentiated index provider with modern distribution solutions, offering index licensing, design and customization, calculation and administration, and performance benchmarks. VettaFi licenses its indexes to third parties for the creation of investment funds or other vehicles, such as exchange-traded funds (ETFs), exchange-traded notes (ETNs), and structured notes. TMX Group acquired approximately 21% common equity of VettaFi in January 2023 and completed the full acquisition in January 2024.

In May 2022, VettaFi was born as a collective brand, bringing together the expert teams from ETF Trends, ETF Database, Alerian, and S-Network Global Indexes. In January 2023, TMX Group acquired approximately 21% common equity of VettaFi for US$175M. In January 2024, TMX Group completed the full acquisition of VettaFi.
