Overview

Samara Voda (Russian: «Родниковый источник», Rodnikovyy Istochnik) is a Russian drinking-water brand operated by ООО «Нептун» (Neptun LLC), based in Samara. The company began implementing its project to supply Samara residents with quality, affordable drinking water through a network of branded kiosks in 2010. Since 14 July 2010, it has installed 375 points, of which 328 are automatic, across Samara, Novokuybyshevsk, Chapayevsk, Kinel, and numerous settlements and villages in Samara Oblast. The natural drinking water sold through the Rodnikovyy Istochnik kiosks is drawn from wells more than 60 metres deep in an ecologically clean area near a pine forest close to the villages of Kurumoch and Molgachi. The water undergoes only mechanical filtration, slight softening, and disinfection by passing through a UV lamp; no chlorine-containing reagents are used. It can be consumed without boiling and requires no additional filters. It is a first-category quality water, described as ideally balanced in salts and microelements, and is tested in laboratories of the Centre for Hygiene and Epidemiology of Samara Oblast at the production and sales stages. Beyond the kiosk network, Neptun LLC also delivers bottled Rodnikovyy Istochnik water to homes and offices. The company operates a hotline and a delivery office, and its kiosks were developed in accordance with the federal programme "Providing the Population with Drinking Water". The brand's official website provides a kiosk map, product information, news, and company details. The company's office is located at 36 Novo-Sadovaya Street, Samara, 443110.

History

Neptun LLC began implementing its project to provide residents of Samara with quality and affordable drinking water through a network of branded kiosks called Rodnikovyy Istochnik in 2010. Similar schemes for supplying affordable drinking water were being developed or already organised in practically all major cities, including Saint Petersburg, Kazan, Perm, Izhevsk, Kirov, and Ulyanovsk, and the kiosks were designed in accordance with the federal programme "Providing the Population with Drinking Water". Starting from 14 July 2010 and continuing to the present, 375 points have been installed, of which 328 are automatic, in the cities of Samara, Novokuybyshevsk, Chapayevsk, and Kinel, as well as in the settlements of Ust-Kinelsky, Roshchensky, Volgar, Alekseyevka, Dubovyy Umet, Rubezhka, Smyshlyayevka, Stroykeramika, Prosvet, and the villages of Lopatino, Voskresenka, and Chernorechye. To carry out the work, specialised KamAZ water trucks were purchased, and special flushing equipment was mounted on GAZ-2705 vehicles. The natural drinking water sold through the Rodnikovyy Istochnik retail network is extracted from a well more than 60 metres deep located in an ecologically clean area near a pine forest close to the village of Kurumoch and the village of Molgachi. The water undergoes multi-stage filtration and is disinfected using ultraviolet sterilisation. It can be used without boiling and there is no need to use any filters. It is first-category quality water, ideally balanced in salts and microelements. In addition to the kiosk network, Neptun LLC engages in the delivery of bottled Rodnikovyy Istochnik water to homes and offices. The company maintains a hotline and a delivery office, and its website provides a kiosk map, product information, news, and company contacts. The company's office is located at 36 Novo-Sadovaya Street, Samara, 443110.
