Overview
She's Management Inc. (シーズ・マネージメント株式会社) is a small Japanese talent management agency (geinō production) headquartered in Shibuya, Tokyo. It was established on 13 September 2011 (Heisei 23) with capital of 1,000,000 yen, when Kazuko Hoshino of Hoshino Jimusho retired and the management of actors Masaomi Kondō and Shōhei Hino was carried over to the new company. The representative director is Miwa Kaneko. The agency's roster is centred on established stage, film and television actors, most prominently Masaomi Kondō, Shōhei Hino (who died in November 2024), and Akihiro Mimura, along with the theatre troupe Gekidan Sajiki Dōji. Its official website publishes cast announcements, film and TV appearances, CD releases and live-tour information for its talent. The company operates solely in the Japanese entertainment market and remains privately held.
History
She's Management Inc. was established on 13 September 2011 (Heisei 23) in Shibuya, Tokyo, with capital of 1,000,000 yen. Its founding followed the retirement in September 2011 of Kazuko Hoshino of Hoshino Jimusho, a talent agency. The new company took over the management of actors Masaomi Kondō and Shōhei Hino, and was led by representative director Miwa Kaneko. The company describes itself as having reached its present position thanks to the support of many people, and it continues to represent Kondō, Hino and Akihiro Mimura. Over the following years the agency's official website served as a channel for announcing its actors' film, television, stage and music activities. Notable announcements include Shōhei Hino's casting as Sagami no Hikojū in the new 'Onihei Hankachō' series starring Kōshirō Matsumoto (2023), his voice role as the great-uncle in Studio Ghibli's 'The Boy and the Heron' (2023), his appearance in the Toho film 'Last Mile' (2024), and his live tour and CD releases. In 2024 the agency reported that Hino had been undergoing treatment for a worsening back condition, suffered a compression fracture of the lumbar spine, and withdrew from the autumn trip of NHK's 'Nippon Jūdan Kokoro Tabi'. On 20 November 2024 the agency announced that Hino had died on 14 November 2024 at the age of 75. In July 2025 the agency announced that actor Kenji Higashi had left, and would be managed by his own theatre troupe, Gekidan Sajiki Dōji, which the agency had also represented.
