PT Singaraja Putra Tbk. is a public company in Indonesia. According to its official website, it is a company in the field of Short Accommodation Providers, Hostels, and company managers through subsidiaries in the form of wood processing industry companies. The company was founded in 2005 and became a public company in 2019.

PT Singaraja Putra Tbk. was founded in 2005. In 2006, it began operating in the accommodation services sector. In 2007, it adjusted its articles of association to comply with the Limited Liability Company Law. In November 2018, it increased its authorized capital to Rp24,000,000,000 and issued capital to Rp6,000,000,000. In December 2018, it increased authorized capital to Rp110,000,000,000 and issued capital to Rp27,500,000,000. Also in December 2018, it became a shareholder of PT Interkayu Nusantara with a 54% stake. In August 2019, it changed its status from a private company to a public company. On 08 November 2019, it officially became the 43rd public company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019.
