Steiner Plush Pets

Steiner Plush Pets is a German manufacturer of plush toys, known for handcrafted quality and custom mascots. The company is based in Georgenthal/Thüringen and has a history spanning over 120 years.

The company originated from a doll factory founded in 1889 as Franz Schmidt & Co., producing bisque porcelain dolls. In 1955, a major fire destroyed the main building and archives. Later, the company transitioned to plush toys and has been producing handcrafted plush animals for decades.
