Minsheng Education completes acquisition of TCL Education Network
Minsheng Education Technology paid the first installment of RMB 214 million equivalent under the share purchase agreement for all of TCL Education Network’s issued share capital. On March 30, TCL Education Network’s shareholder and director registers were updated, with Minsheng Education Technology becoming its sole shareholder and appointing its directors; its results will be consolidated into the group.
