Thon Senter Oti

Thon Senter Oti is a shopping centre located in Orkanger in the municipality of Orkland, Norway. Together with the neighbouring Thon Senter Orkanger, it forms a pair of Thon-owned shopping centres in Orkanger, with Oti specialising in houses, homes and leisure. The two centres share a single centre management team. As of December 2025 the centre housed 18 shops and eateries, and its slogan is «Stedet der kjentfolk møtes» ("the place where locals meet"). The centre opened in 1983 under the name OTI-senteret with 11 shops. In 2020 it changed its name when it joined the Amfi chain, becoming Amfi Oti. In February 2026 it was renamed again, to Thon Senter Oti, as all shopping centres owned by Thon Gruppen were gathered under a single brand. The "OTI" name derives from the industrial wood-processing company Orkla Trekonstruksjon og Impregnering AS, which occupied the premises that were originally large industrial halls. Thon Senter Oti is part of Thon Gruppen's shopping centre portfolio and operates in the Norwegian retail market. Its website is otisentret.no.
