Overview

Value Advanced Investments (Hebrew: Value השקעות מתקדמות) is an Israeli alternative investment firm that operates in the private markets on behalf of Israeli institutional investors, companies, and qualified investors. The firm originated in 2016, when it was established as part of the business of the Helman-Aldubi investment house, then one of Israel's ten largest investment institutions. Initially named "Helman-Aldubi Investment Funds," it subsequently underwent a management buyout and developed into an independent group. The firm's core business is providing access to private capital investments that are not available in the public markets. Its services include strategic representation and support for international funds seeking to enter the Israeli market, investment banking services, and the establishment and management of private investment funds (particularly feeder funds). Through its feeder funds, Value enables a group of qualified investors to pool capital and invest as a single client in private equity and private debt funds managed by the world's largest investment managers, with a relatively low entry threshold—far below the high minimum investments these funds traditionally require. Since its early years, the firm has focused on representing international funds through a subsidiary called Value Global. The funds it has served include the Carlyle Group, Coller Capital, Cerberus, CD&R, New Mountain Capital, Nordic Capital, Ardian, and SVP. In December 2019, the firm established Israel's first private feeder fund for the global fund Coller Capital, and it has since established additional feeder funds for target funds, including ISF3, Coller 9, Viola Credit (ALF3), Carlyle Direct Lending (CDLF), Carlyle PE 8 (CP8), Goldman Sachs (VCOP), Ardian (ASF 9), StepStone (SPRIM), Viola Resilience & Defense, Neuberger Berman (ABCI), and AlpInvest (CAPM). In 2021, Rami Dror and Uri Aldubi sold Helman-Aldubi to The Phoenix Insurance Company, and the firm's name was changed to "Phoenix Value Advanced Investments." During the transfer of control, Helman-Aldubi's management and shareholder group—including Rami Dror, Uri Aldubi, Noam Blaha, Inbal Steiner, and Tzipi Zarmanovich—acquired 49% of the company from Phoenix Insurance through a management buyout (MBO). In December 2023, the group exercised its option to purchase all remaining shares from Phoenix Insurance, and the company was renamed Value Advanced Investments. As of June 2026, the firm managed approximately US$1.5 billion in assets under feeder fund management and had raised more than US$2.5 billion through institutional channels in recent years. In February 2026, the firm partnered with Bar Clara Mendes de Konon, a former senior global executive at Meta, to establish Value Gateway Capital Partners as its international investment arm, connecting overseas and institutional investors with the Israeli private markets. In May 2026, the firm partnered with Tali Yaron-Eldar, former Israel Income Tax Commissioner, to establish "Value Yaron-Eldar," which engages in trust management and intergenerational wealth transfer.

History

Value Advanced Investments was founded in 2016 as "Helman-Aldubi Investment Funds," part of the investment-house operations of Helman-Aldubi, then one of Israel's ten largest investment houses. In August of that year, the company issued on the stock exchange a non-tradable private investment fund structured as a limited partnership in the field of consumer credit, named "Helman-Aldubi P2P." In July 2019, it issued another non-tradable limited partnership in the field of urban renewal, named "Helman-Aldubi Urban Renewal." The consumer credit fund, which reached approximately USD 250 million in assets under management, operated from 2016 to 2025 and in September 2025 liquidated all assets and returned the money to investors. The urban renewal fund, with assets of approximately NIS 250 million, operated from 2019 to 2024 and in May 2024 sold its assets to the public credit fund Peninsulina and returned all money to investors. From its early years, the company focused on representing international funds through a subsidiary called Value Global. Among the funds it has served are Carlyle Group, Coller Capital, Cerberus, CD&R, New Mountain Capital, Nordic Capital, Ardian and SVP. In December 2019, the company established Israel's first private feeder fund, for the global fund Coller Capital, and has since established 11 additional feeder funds for target funds including ISF3, Coller 9, Viola Credit (ALF3), Carlyle Direct Lending (CDLF), Carlyle PE 8 (CP8), Goldman Sachs (VCOP), Ardian (ASF 9), StepStone (SPRIM), Viola Resilience & Defense, Neuberger Berman (ABCI) and AlpInvest (CAPM). In 2021, Rami Dror and Uri Eldubi sold Helman-Aldubi to The Phoenix Insurance Company, and the name was changed to "Phoenix Value Advanced Investments." During the transfer of control, a group of managers and shareholders in Helman-Aldubi — including Rami Dror, Uri Eldubi, Noam Bracha, Inbar Steiner and Tzipi Zalmanovich — acquired 49% of the company's shares from The Phoenix in a management buyout. In December 2023, the group exercised its option and purchased all remaining shares from The Phoenix, and the company was renamed Value Advanced Investments. In February 2026, the company established Value Gateway Capital Partners in partnership with Bar Clara Mendez de Conon, a former senior executive at Meta. This entity serves as the international investment arm of the Israeli investment house, connecting foreign and institutional investors outside Israel to the Israeli private market through private market investments such as private equity funds, secondary investments and investment banking, for qualified investors and Jewish communities in the United States and Europe. In May 2026, the company founded "Value Yaron-Eldar," active in trust management and intergenerational transfer, in cooperation with Tali Yaron-Eldar, former Israel Income Tax Commissioner. As of June 2026, Value Advanced Investments manages approximately USD 1.5 billion within feeder funds. Over the years, it has led fundraising of more than USD 2.5 billion through institutional bodies.
