    From 2018 to 2020, Visionox’s net profit excluding non-recurring gains and losses was negative for consecutive years; government subsidies of about RMB 2.031 billion, 1.056 billion, and 1.144 billion respectively supported book profits, and the exchange questioned it. In 2021, the Jiangsu Securities Regulatory Bureau ordered rectification because related-party transaction disclosure and unrealized profits of associate companies were not eliminated, causing revenue in the 2019 half-year report and third-quarter report to be misstated by RMB 92 million and RMB 135 million respectively.
