  WM Motor enters bankruptcy reorganization proceedings

  The Shanghai No. 3 Intermediate People's Court accepted the bankruptcy reorganization of WM Motor Technology Group on December 29, 2023; in 2024, it included three other affiliated companies in a substantive consolidated reorganization. The administrator's announcement stated that the court approved the reorganization plans of the four companies on April 3, 2025, and terminated the reorganization proceedings, with debt repayment to be advanced afterward. Progress: the bankruptcy reorganization plan has been approved by the court. Entities involved: WM Motor Technology Group Co., Ltd. and three other companies.
