Xaar agrees to sell its 3D printing business
Xaar agreed to sell its 3D printing business to Stratasys Solutions for up to US$33.83 million. Xaar said the sale would provide cash and allow it to focus on its core business; it would also be entitled to royalties on product and service sales for up to 15 years.
