Zitraar Technologies

Zitraar Technologies is an Indian technology company and authorized Zoho implementation partner headquartered in Courtallam, in the Tenkasi district of Tamil Nadu. Founded on 15 August 2018 by Praveen Madhavan, the company positions itself as a "digital catalyst" that helps organizations adopt, configure and customize Zoho's cloud business applications rather than simply installing them. Its stated focus spans education, non-profit organizations, hotels and service-based businesses, and it reports being trusted by more than 120 organizations across industries. The company's core business is services: onboarding, configuration and customization, workflow automation, application integrations, analytics and training, all built around the Zoho suite (Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory and related apps). Alongside these services, Zitraar has developed a portfolio of its own industry-tailored products and solutions, marketed through a marketplace it calls ZitMart. These include ServEze, PublishPal, CheckInn, SchoolZ, Library Central and ZohoreX, each aimed at a specific vertical such as service companies, publishing, hotel management, schools and libraries. Zitraar describes itself as a social enterprise rather than a purely commercial venture. Its name is derived from "Chitraar," a tributary of the Tamirabarani River that originates at Courtallam Falls, symbolizing growth and impact. The company says its roots and operations are woven into Tenkasi and Nagercoil, and that its purpose extends beyond profit to sustainable growth, rural development and equitable opportunity in rural India, particularly Tamil Nadu. It cites ISRO, Zoho, Isha Foundation, Infosys and Tata as inspirations, and frames its culture around the Tamil concept of "Aram." Zitraar Technologies Pvt Ltd operates from its registered address at No. 17, Velammal Nagar Phase II, Courtallam, Tenkasi, Tamil Nadu 627802. It is a private limited company and is not publicly listed. Its founder's background includes roughly a decade at Zoho, where he contributed to initiatives such as founding Zoho Schools in Tenkasi — an experience that shaped Zitraar's emphasis on nurturing rural talent. The company continues to operate as an active Zoho partner and product developer, offering free consultations and Zoho free trials to prospective clients.

Zitraar Technologies was founded on 15 August 2018 by Praveen Madhavan, who had spent about a decade at Zoho before launching the venture. During his time at Zoho, Madhavan contributed to initiatives including the founding of Zoho Schools in Tenkasi, an experience that informed Zitraar's later emphasis on nurturing talent in rural India, particularly Tamil Nadu. The company describes its creation as the realization of a dream to build a business that enriches local talent and supports community development, not merely a commercial venture. The company's name and identity are tied to place. "Zitraar" derives from "Chitraar," a tributary of the Tamirabarani River that originates from Courtallam Falls; the company uses the river as a symbol of growth and impact, paralleling its own journey. Zitraar frames itself as a social enterprise inspired by organizations such as ISRO, Zoho, Isha Foundation, Infosys and Tata, and states that its purpose goes beyond profit toward sustainable growth, rural development and equitable opportunity. Its operations are described as being woven into Tenkasi and Nagercoil, and its registered office is in Courtallam, Tenkasi district, Tamil Nadu. From its base in Tamil Nadu, Zitraar built its business around Zoho, the cloud software suite. It became an authorized Zoho implementation partner in India, helping organizations set up and use Zoho correctly — automating work, improving visibility and supporting growth. Rather than a simple installation service, Zitraar positions itself as a customization partner that adapts Zoho to each client's exact workflow. Its service lines grew to include onboarding, configuration and customization, workflow automation, integrations, analytics and training, with ongoing support. Over time Zitraar expanded beyond services into its own product portfolio. It developed industry-tailored solutions marketed through a marketplace called ZitMart, including ServEze, PublishPal, CheckInn, SchoolZ, Library Central and ZohoreX. These products map to verticals such as service companies, publishing, hotel management, schools and libraries, and are built on or around Zoho platforms such as Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory. The company also organizes its offerings around segments including non-profit outreach, startup ignition, education (EduFlow) and hotel management (CheckInn). By the time of its public communications, Zitraar reported being trusted by more than 120 organizations across industries, spanning educational institutions, NGOs, hotels and service-based businesses. It continues to operate as an active Zoho partner and product developer, offering free consultations and Zoho free trials, and maintaining a portfolio, client list, case studies and blog. The company remains a private limited entity, Zitraar Technologies Pvt Ltd, and is not publicly listed.
