ZKL

ZKL is a group of Czech companies producing rolling and special bearings under the ZKL brand. The group states it has been supplying bearings since 1921, with production plants in Klášterec nad Ohří and a management, technology center and sales organization based in Brno. ZKL products are used by companies in 70 countries across Europe, America, Asia and Africa, and more than 85% of sales come from exports.

The management of the Group, the technology center and the sales organization are based in Brno, as well as another production plant which started production in 1947. In 2020, TSI certification of upgraded bearings for rolling stock was achieved, and in 2021 the programme was extended by large-size tapered roller bearings.
